Shipping and Returns
We are proud to offer free shipping within the continental United States.
Please refer to our shipping costs for individual products.
In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country.
In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time. Linden Magnolia is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
In summary, you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. When purchasing from Linden Magnolia you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
Digital proofs are sent 24 hours after the last of the information needed is received for customization.

Due to the customization of the products we cannot offer returns. If you are not satisfied with the finished product, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right.
Digital Items purchase
There are no refunds on digital items that are considered print at home. If you received an item in the file that does not match what you ordered, please email immediately at email@example.com and we will send you the correct download.
We're sorry, but gift cards are not refundable for cash. Please note our gift cards do not expire and can be used in conjunction with sale items and be stacked with other gift cards from our shop.
Products damaged in transit
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and picture of damaged item and we assist.
We do not offer exchanges due the customization of our products.
Cancelling your order
If you have changed your mind regarding your products simply email email@example.com with Cancellation in the subject line. Please include your name and order number in the email. Cancellations can only be made prior to shipping. Apologies, but we cannot cancel print at home or other digital items.
